At Taylor’D Studio, all hair extensions are made to order, ensuring the highest quality and customization for each client. Because our products are specially made for each order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including ordering the wrong color, length, or texture.
Why Are All Sales Final?
Each set of hair extensions is custom-prepared once an order is placed. Unlike mass-produced items, our made-to-order process ensures that every product meets our high-quality standards. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or resell items once they leave our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@taylordstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, provide a replacement for the affected item.
